dormakaba Bulgaria is looking for Facility Manager to oversee the overall management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the plant facilities, buildings, infrastructure, utilities and related workplace services.

What you will do

  • Manage the daily operation and maintenance of plant buildings, offices, common areas, warehouses, external areas and technical infrastructure
  • Maintain the plant premises in good working condition, ensuring safety, functionality and professional appearance.
  • Coordinate and monitor external service providers, including cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, canteen, pest control, repairs and other facility services.
  • Coordinate office moves, workplace changes, meeting room readiness and general site support services where applicable.

What we require

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, technical building management, industrial maintenance, construction coordination or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction, Technical Operations or similar field
  • Good knowledge of building infrastructure, utilities and technical systems.
  • Experience in supplier and contract management.
  • Practical, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
  • Good command of English would be an advantage.
