Job Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of company facilities. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the facilities department. • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Duties & Responsibilities: • Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities. • Develops and implements maintenance plans to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure. • Prepares and manages the facilities budget and ensures cost-effectiveness and efficiency. • Monitors and reports on expenses related to facility maintenance and operations. • Implements safety programs and conduct training to promote a safe working environment. • Assesses and optimizes space utilization within facilities. • Plans for future space needs and oversee reconfigurations, as necessary. • Identifies areas of improvement within facility operations and implements effective solutions. • Performs other duties as assigned. |
