About Us:
The Pet Brigade is a trusted, full-service pet care facility proudly serving military families and their pets. We offer boarding, daycare, and grooming in a safe, fun, and professional environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, and we’re looking for a motivated Facility Manager to lead our staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Summary:
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of The Pet Brigade’s daily operations. This includes supervising staff, maintaining facility standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the General Manager with business goals. The Facility Manager leads by example, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures pets in our care receive the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and support staff in their daily responsibilities.
* Oversee daily operations including boarding, daycare, and grooming services.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for pets, clients, and employees.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
* Manage staff schedules and adjust as needed for smooth operations.
* Monitor inventory and maintain equipment.
* Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
* Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality of care.
* Communicate regularly with the General Manager about facility needs, staff performance, and client feedback.
* Assist with marketing, promotions, and community engagement as needed.

Qualifications:
* Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in the pet care, hospitality, or customer service industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
* Passion for working with animals and commitment to their well-being.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required.
* Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling/booking systems.

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
* Ability to safely handle dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments.
