- Level IV Trauma Center
- 18-bed emergency department with approximately 22,000 annual visits
- Physicians see approximately 1.7 patients per hour with an 11% admission rate
- Supported by 26 hours of daily physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage
- EMR: MediTech
- Robust specialty backup including anesthesiology, cardiology, ENT, gynecology, hematology/oncology, internal medicine, interventional radiology, and more
Leadership Opportunity
- Facility medical director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities
- Lead departmental operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, patient experience, and overall ED performance
- Mentor and support physicians and APCs while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture
- Opportunity to lead within one of the nation's leading EM organizations
Position Details
- W2 employed position
- Base rate + RVU compensation model
- Additional monthly administrative stipend
- Lucrative sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- ABEM board certified
- Minimum of two years of post-residency EM experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience required
- Active clinical practice within the last 12 months
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (expired certifications accepted)
