We are looking for a facility medical director with several years of leadership experience to join our well-established practice in Washington, DC. This position offers you the opportunity to practice alongside other primary care providers with support by our dedicated and highly trained staff. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday-Friday schedule with Tuesdays off where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is a lab on-site and access to sub-specialists in the area

Compensation and Incentives

• Competitive base salary of $230,000–$245,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• 3+ years' leadership experience 
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
