Help us keep our Shawnee, OK 74804 facility in peak condition. You’ll safeguard the environment through smart preventive inspections, fast responses, and careful craftsmanship—from a fresh coat of paint to a quick plumbing fix.

Picture This

You start with a building walkthrough. A faucet is dripping, a wall needs a drywall patch, and a storeroom shelf looks low on supplies. You triage the plumbing, queue the wall repair, and log the inventory shortage. By day’s end, you’ve completed routine cleaning, finished minor repairs, and documented preventive checks—all while following safety protocols and partnering with teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine upkeep: cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Tackle plumbing tasks, drywall repairs, and preventive inspections.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
• Address maintenance requests from staff and residents quickly and courteously.
• Maintain an organized supply inventory; report shortages immediately.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
• Work collaboratively to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior maintenance or related experience is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail; able to follow instructions reliably.
• Effective communicator with a cooperative mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
