Clean Harbors located in Belpre, OH is looking for a Facility Operations Manager to join their safety conscious team. The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for management of all plant operations such as oversee plant operations. 

Pay: $70,000-75,000 DOE & 15% annual bonus potential

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple site-specific plant operations such as: Drum pumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, fuels blending, shredder operations, inventory and waste tracking scanning application, and proper warehousing requirements.
  • Oversee 4-5 direct reports.
  • Ensure proper waste routing and management according to specified efficiencies.
  • Analyze and reviews profitability of facility in conjunction with the Director.
  • Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures. Holds employees accountable.
  • Develop daily production goals for multiple groups and ensures execution.
  • Review all applicable SOP’s.
  • Understand and drive Clean Compliance standard.
  • Emphasize productivity, health & safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that each project has an operating plan and that facility personnel follow it.
  • Perform onsite supervision, training and mentoring of employees.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience is required.
  • Experience working in a chemical plant, wastewater treatment plant, or related industrial plant is preferred.
  • Knowledge of waste disposal regulations is a plus.
