Provides preventative or corrective maintenance.\n 1.1 Accurately identifies equipment needed.\n 2. Boiler Plant Operation\n 2.1 Chemical treatment of boiler and associated systems\n 3. Chiller plant operation\n 3.1 Performs operational checks on operating chillers\n 4. Fire Alarm System\n 4.1 Respond to all fire alarm activations/smell of smoke\n 5. HVAC\n 5.1 Understand all AHU operational parameters\n 6. DDC system operation\n 6.1 Monitors systems for proper operation\n 7. General Maintenance\n 7.1 Painting/ Patching\n 8. Electrical\n 8.1 Maintains and operates the generator.\n \nQualifications\n \nEDUCATION\n \nHigh School graduate or equivalent.\n \nEXPERIENCE\n \n6 months of work-related experience or equivalent training in Plant Operations preferred\n \nLICENSURE\n \nBoiler Operators License or equivalent license preferred.
