Responsibilities: for the Strategic Space Planner : The Strategic Space Planner shall provide strategic space utilization assessments, space planning and space allocation planning to anticipate and respond to emerging mission requirements. Develop, execute, track, report, and maintain strategic space plans through completion and meeting customer requirements and Strategic Facilities Plans. Conduct trend analyses to determine efficiencies in space utilization. Support meetings and conferences as directed. Support the semi-annual seat audit that validates occupancy levels based on automated workforce updates. Required Qualifications for the Space Planner: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field Proficiency in AutoCad required Experience in Revit Builder, Archibus, or other similar softwares 8+ years of experience TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly Qualifications: for the Space Planner: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field Proficiency in AutoCad required Experience in Revit Builder, Archibus, or other similar softwares 8+ years of experience TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
