Looking for a hands-on job with more variety than traditional production work?

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring a Facility & Production Support Associate in Ashland. This position is ideal for someone who likes staying active, working with tools and equipment, and tackling different projects throughout the day.

You'll support both production and facility operations, which means your day could include equipment setup, basic repairs, facility projects, or outdoor upkeep.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Monday – Friday

What You'll Do

• Assist with production equipment setup and operation
• Use tools and equipment to complete assigned projects
• Perform basic facility repairs and general maintenance tasks
• Help maintain equipment and work areas
• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor facility upkeep
• Identify basic facility needs and help keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support additional production or facility projects as needed

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
• Willingness to learn equipment setup and basic maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform active, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Previous manufacturing, construction, landscaping, maintenance, facilities, or other hands-on experience is helpful
