Facility / Property Control Lead

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Facility / Property Control Lead for Role-player Services (RPS) in Glynco, GA. The Facility / Property Control Lead coordinates, maintains, and accounts for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 400 roleplaying personnel. The Facility / Property Control Lead supervises the Facility / Property Control Tech.  This position is Full Time, 40 hours a week. Shift work or flexed work may be required.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 roleplaying personnel
  • Coordinate and deconflict the need for uniforms and props for all active training scenarios
  • Manage the Facility / Property Control
  • Ensure delivery of materials, supplies, etc. to training sites in coordination with PM and APM.
  • Manage and coordinate vehicles used to support the training exercises
  • Support the Project Manager as needed
  • Ensure on-site Facility and Property control coverage during normal duty hours (6:30 AM until 6:00 PM) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. 


Required Qualifications
 

  • Must be a US citizen
  • High school diploma 
  • Minimum of four years of experience providing logistics support
  • Minimum of six years of combined logistics/training experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Keen leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe 


Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working role player support for large training organizations
