Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to join our team!
In this role, you will get to oversee and manage security compliance and operations for a diverse range of programs supporting national security.
What Youll Be Doing:
• Administering comprehensive security programs, including personnel security and compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICDs. • Maintaining a fully compliant security program to meet DCSA inspection standards. • Managing security activities across multiple programs and ensuring adherence to government regulations. • Conducting self-inspections and preparing for government security audits. • Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain compliance with classified systems. • Safeguarding classified information and ensuring adherence to security procedures.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs). • Completion of the FSO Management Course (mandatory). • Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program. • Strong understanding of personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations. • Proven ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience working with various government agencies and programs, including familiarity with NGA security protocols. • Ability to safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with secure handling, storage, and transmission procedures. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing security policies and procedures.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
