Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Facility Security & Operations Coordinator works to ensure we manage contractor facility and personnel to securely support the customer’s mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• The facility serves as the receiving, inventory, storage, and preparation facility for all customer support activities from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, with the Government reserving the right to task with extended service hours (up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7)) in the case of an emergency, special project, increased workload, or other event.
• You will be responsible for facility operations and ensure established security measures are adequate and enforced.
• You will be responsible for scheduling any planned or unplanned maintenance with the on-site staff.
• You will also be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and inventory control of support consumables.

 

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The following are the education and experience required for this position:

• 4+ years
• Associate's or equivalent
• Secret Security Clearance 

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s) 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:   

• • Sitting for long periods
  • Standing for long periods
  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
  • Travel by land or air transportation 10 % .

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be within the range provided. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.

Pay Band Min: USD $72,160.00/Yr. Pay Band Max: USD $111,700.00/Yr.
