Overview:

University Retirement Community (URC) is a vibrant not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Davis, California, offering a welcoming environment and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to support daily operations, ensure timely completion of maintenance projects, and serve as a key point of contact for residents and team members.

 

What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate and track facility services projects while supporting department priorities and administrative tasks.
• Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, questions, and service needs, ensuring timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including entering work orders, prioritizing tasks, tracking completion, and generating reports.
• Support project coordination, documentation, and communication for maintenance, construction, and facility-related initiatives.
• Maintain records for permits, contractor compliance, fire life safety documentation, and assist with emergency preparedness planning.

 

7:30am - 4pm PST, Monday - Friday 

 

Pay: $23.00 to $25.50 / hr DOE 

 

About You
• Minimum of one year of experience in facility services, building operations, or an office environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of facility management processes and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with residents, contractors, and internal teams.
