Facility Services Dispatcher / Weekends

Marsden Customer Care Facility Services Dispatcher

Shift: Saturday – Sunday 3:00 pm – 11 pm (Part Time)

This position may have weekday evening responsibilities

Salary: 25.00/hr.

Location: 1717 University Ave W, St Paul, MN, Hybrid (Remote-Possible)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must be able to pass a background check.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful.
• Experience in mechanical services or other related service industries preferred but not required.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, processing, dispatching and customer service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations
• Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors
• Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate
• Be able to work with supervisors to solve any customer requests
• Create and prepare and work orders
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Assist in ordering equipment and supplies
• This role will be customer-facing and will be communicating directly with Property Managers and Tenants.
