    Facility Solutions Associate III (OFCI Manager)

    Core Talent Finder – Recruiting on behalf of a major construction & facilities organization

    Location: Remote in the United States, with ~25% travel to Alabama

    Salary: $100,000 – $160,000

    Experience: 8+ years

    Employment Type: Direct hire

    Core Talent Finder is partnering with a leading construction and facilities services company to hire a Facility Solutions Associate III to support building systems, commissioning, and operational readiness across complex projects.

    Role Overview

    This position focuses on commissioning, project coordination, MEPF systems, and facility operations transition while supporting project teams and small workstreams. couc

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support commissioning planning and execution
    • Develop and maintain the Master Equipment List (MEL)
    • Coordinate commissioning activities and construction schedules
    • Execute asset tagging, cataloging, and documentation
    • Verify systems and components meet project requirements
    • Support operational readiness and project closeout
    • Maintain CMMS workflows, data entry, and reporting
    • Assist with warranty management and project administration
    • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field (preferred)
    • 8+ years of experience in:
    • Construction or commissioning
    • MEPF coordination or building systems
    • Facility operations or maintenance
    • Ability to read design documents and interpret project drawings
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools
    • Valid drivers license and ability to travel

    Nice to Have

    • CAPM, commissioning certifications, or technical trade licenses
    • Additional certifications in systems management or energy/building operations couc
