Job Purpose
The Facility Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of station facilities to ensure operational continuity. This role focuses exclusively on building and facility infrastructure - such as plumbing, electrical fixtures, and HVAC components - and requires a high degree of responsiveness to minimize operational downtime.
Please note: this role does not perform work on testing equipment and is solely dedicated to facility equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance on station equipment, including:
o Overhead intake station displacement AC blowers
o Compressor motors
o Electrical controllers
o Sprinkler systems
o Water heaters
o Refrigerators
o Sinks and toilets
