Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, partitions, and floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of cafeterias, breakrooms, and vending areas.
- Clean offices, conference rooms, reception areas, hallways, locker rooms, and other common spaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces as needed.
- Respond promptly to spills and housekeeping needs throughout the facility.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to work throughout a large manufacturing facility.
