Greetings from Bullitt County Public Schools
You will find 13 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, the Bullitt Alternative Center, the Riverview Opportunity Center, the Bullitt County Area Technology Center, the Bullitt Advanced Math and Science BAMS Center, and the Career Readiness Center. There are over 900 certified staff and 800 classified employees providing students in grades kindergarten through 12 with a quality education. The district is located directly south of Louisville, KY, and is the Commonwealths seventh largest school district. Rapid residential and industrial growth makes Bullitt County an attractive place to live, work, and attend school. The district is constantly moving forward in student achievement. Title: FACS Teacher NBHS - 2026-2027
Description NBHS has a vacancy for a FACS Teacher for the 26-27 school year. Candidates holding certification for FACS grades 9 through 12 will be preferred. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a program of instruction that supports the premise that high expectations for all students are possible. Also, implements activities that assist students in reaching mastery, engaging students, and helping them achieve their potential. Applicants should expect to work in an atmosphere of collegiality and should be willing to support our students through some extracurricular or co-curricular program.
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year.
Salary based on board-approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
