The Power is On and we keep it on.What you'll do…We are seeking Factory Acceptance Testing technicians to oversee the testing, scheduling, and yard control operations for our newly manufactured generators. This role is responsible for executing standardized test procedures, documenting results, identifying issues, and ensuring generators meet company and regulatory requirements. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts. Shift assignment will be discussed during the interview process and is based on business needs and candidate availability.Key Responsibilities:Performing factory acceptance testing on newly manufactured generatorsExecuting startup, operational, load, and endurance tests per established proceduresConducting emissions testing and ensuring accurate data capture and documentationIdentifying, documenting, and communicating defects or non-conformancesAssisting with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or engine-related issuesAccurately recording test results and maintaining complete test recordsSupporting safe, organized test yard operationsFollowing all safety procedures and promoting a strong safety cultureCollaborating with engineering, production, and quality teamsRequirements: What you'll need:2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production testing, or equipment testing preferably within generator or electrical equipment environments.Working knowledge of generator systems, testing procedures, or performance standardsExperience using testing tools, diagnostic equipment, or related softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized proceduresEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyCommitment to safety and quality complianceAbility to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbsPreferred Skills:Have mechanical, electrical, or assembly experience (generator experience preferred)Are familiar with emissions testing equipment and computer-aided testing programsCan troubleshoot internal combustion engine or electrical system issuesTake pride in precision, documentation, and quality workmanshipHigh integrity and reliabilityDemonstrate ERock Core Values: Stay Anchored, Make it Matter, Remain Calm & Confident, Be Resilient, and Keep ImaginingYour Rewards!Competitive payPaid trainingMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company contributionWellness Programs and Incentives401(k) Retirement Plan & Company MatchPaid Time Off – Sick & Vacation TimePaid HolidaysSafety shoes reimbursement up to $100 each yearDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
