The factory/production laborer will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for assisting in the production process on multiple levels. This is a hands-on position in an industrial facility and will require basic factory labor ability.
Responsibilities include:
Working in the production area as assigned, which will include filling bags, loading the products, handling distribution of the product and warehouse inventory.
Operating various production equipment such as packing and blending machines.
Performing work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of production.
Timely and reliable work attendance every day.
Different shifts available with OT.
Promotions and upward Mobility from within the company.
