Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary $240,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Bonus Incentives:Annual performance incentive of up to 3%, with employees meeting expectations historically receiving the full bonus.
- Sign-On Bonus:$25,000

Qualifications:
- Degree:DO
- Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in an osteopathic specialty; ONMM/NMM board certification preferred
- Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical license
- Skillset:Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), osteopathic principles, undergraduate medical education, curriculum development, case-based learning, laboratory instruction, student mentoring, educational scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic leadership.
