What this Contract Opportunity Offers:
Total Scheduling Autonomy: You retain absolute control over your calendar. You decide exactly when you want to see clients, with no mandatory hours or shift requirements.
Administrative Freedom: We handle all marketing, client matching, billing collection, insurance paneling, and administrative scheduling coordination.
Receive a highly competitive, flat fee of $75 per completed 53-minute clinical session.

What We Look For in an Independent Partner:
Licensure: An active, unrestricted independent license to practice therapy without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) within the state of California.
Clinical Excellence: Proven experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.
Remote Preparedness: Access to your own reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a secure, private workspace that meets all HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Professional Safeguards: Active professional malpractice liability insurance (or willingness to secure a policy prior to taking on clients).
Tech Competency: Comfort navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard virtual video platforms independently.
