• Supervise the use of the Falcon Center Fitness Room and Track throughout the academic year as well as the seasonal breaks - Familiarize patrons with fitness room equipment and educate proper use when necessary - Monitor patron attire and ensure proper dress code is enforced accordingly - Monitor behavior of patrons throughout the fitness room and ensure safety of all using the strength and conditioning areas - Notify management and/or student health services of injury when needed - Provide basic maintenance, clean and maintain all fitness room equipment - Re-rack, pick up, and organize equipment throughout the facility - Clean, organize, inventory, studio fitness rooms - Perform additional duties as warranted by management - Serve on an on-call rotation for youth programming

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented-Must possess excellent communication skills-Must be able to learn and operate various computer software required for submission of work orders and other daily work-Background in exercise science, physical education, or health science preferred.-Fitness oriented background preferred
