Overview The ACLU of Georgia welcomes legal externs for the fall semester. The externship is designed for those who are interested in pursuing a career in public interest litigation. Externs will be expected to perform legal research, draft legal memoranda, and potentially legal briefs and other documents, and be otherwise available to support the ACLU of Georgia's litigation activities.Responsibilities Perform legal research, draft legal memoranda, and potentially legal briefs and other documents; be available to support the ACLU of Georgia's litigation activities.Qualifications Applicants should have strong research, writing, and communication skills and a demonstrated interest in civil liberties and civil rights.Application All applicants must submit a resume and cover letter highlighting your interest in this externship.
