Fall Cheer Assistant Coach

Silver Lake Regional High school is in search of a Cheerleading Asssistant Coach to help with training and management of the high school cheerleading program.

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching high school cheerleading; experience working with students
• Previous high school coaching experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Teach the skills and cheerleading to student-athletes in grades 9-12.
• Be a role-model and teacher of cheerleading, including; practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment.
• Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs.
• Communicate regularly with families as needed.
