    Scope of Position:

    Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while complying with internal and external requirements and providing exceptional customer service.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Adherence to Operational Process Standards
    • Daily tracking of shipments and corresponding documents
    • Work with the team to provide solutions to customers
    • Comply with customer requirements and procedures
    • Proactively communicate timely status updates to customers
    • Communicate with international and domestic customers and offices
    • Update shipment information in the Expeditors system
    • Track and trace international cargo
    • Timely settlement of shipments and filing of Tariffs
    • Preparation of reports, as required
    • Prepare and process international documentation
    • Comply with US and foreign regulations

    • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications

    • Global geographic knowledge and multi-lingual abilities are always desired
