What You'll Do

• Guide prospective residents and families through the discovery, tour, assessment, and move-in process
• Build meaningful relationships that foster trust and confidence in our services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and admissions
• Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate resident assessments and admissions
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, social workers, and community organizations
• Represent Riverview Village at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional gatherings
• Monitor occupancy trends and resident movement to support community growth goals
• Effectively communicate the unique benefits, programs, and services Riverview Village offers

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, community relations, or sales preferred
• Proven success in marketing, business development, or occupancy growth initiatives
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally for networking, referral development, and community outreach activities
