At Network for Hope (NFH), the Family Aftercare Coordinator is responsible for administration of the Family Aftercare Program. Working independently, the Coordinator diligently provides all prescribed written interactions with donor families and other partners, including outcome letters, milestone correspondence, and mailed support pieces. The Coordinator handles the receipt and processing of donor family and recipient correspondence and obtains all recipient update requests. The Coordinator ensures team members receive requests to respond to donor families in a timely manner. This position is essential in ensuring that Network for Hope maintains a professional and compassionate image, ultimately affecting public trust.

Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience as an administrative assistant required.
Experience: 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred. Proficiency in writing, computer, and organizational skills is required. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Must be skilled in verbal communication. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products is required.
