Overview This is a full-time litigator role in Boca Raton, FL, with the option to work in-office and hybrid/remote.Responsibilities Managing and advising clients on legal proceedings in family lawDrafting legal documentsPreparing for and conducting depositionsRepresenting clients in courtTaking ownership of a client's case – discovery, pleadings, motions, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trialIdentifying and analyzing legal issues related to family law casesConducting depositions, drafting and filing legal motionsInteracting with clients, staff, and other attorneys with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExhibiting strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skillsQualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolFlorida Bar licensed in good standing3–7 years of family law experienceExperience in courtroom and trial settingsSelf‑starter and team player with specialized knowledge and experience in family law and litigationCompensation $120,000–$150,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
