Job Details

A well-established and highly respected Arizona family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution while working remotely with the support of an experienced legal team and a steady flow of high-quality clients.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your practice, represent clients in meaningful family law matters, and leverage modern legal technology to provide exceptional client service—without the pressure of generating your own business.

What You'll Do
Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through final resolution.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
Handle a broad range of family law matters, including:
Divorce
Child custody and parenting time
Child support
Spousal maintenance
High-conflict custody disputes
High-net-worth and complex asset division
Post-decree modifications and enforcement matters

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with attorneys and legal support staff.
Build trusted relationships with clients by providing compassionate, practical legal guidance during challenging situations.
Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
Stay current on Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural updates.
