We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Family Entertainment Center Lead will be responsible for the management of the FEC operations including but not limited to: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Retail, Event Management Administration and Reporting. Family Entertainment Center Manager will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:The Family Entertainment Center Lead is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all tasks. These responsibilities include:Helping with the implementation of marketing plan/strategyDeveloping and maintaining staff schedulesP&L management and reconciliationCreating and promoting program and activities within FEC Retail sales and inventory controlOversees daily operations for the FECPrimary contact for all events and executor of bookings/contracts for the FECFEC development and sales in-house and co-partnershipsOverseeing inventory of the redemption storeMonthly inventory count of redemption and retail itemsMaintaining and cleaning of the arcade equipmentOversee daily function of the Arcade, Virtual Reality, & E-Sports areasMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of retail, sports or entertainment sales requiredMust have excellent initiative, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skillsMust be a team playerMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period of timePrior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversightPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
