Family Law Associate Attorney

Seeking an Family Law Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience.This is a well-established firm in the industry. This amazing opportunity is for a Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to dive headfirst into a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions

• Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail

• Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues

• Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings, and trials

• Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision

• Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel

• Participate in networking and business development activities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Needs to be able to work a case up with some or limited supervision from senior attorney/ partner

• 2+ years of private firm Family Law experience

• Admission to California Bar- in good standing

• Experience in litigation and/or clientele development

• Strong academic and employment credentials

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
