Family Law Associate Attorney | Up to $140K + Bonus

Location: Ellensburg, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$140,000/year + Production Bonus

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage family law matters from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Develop case strategies and advise clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze financial and discovery records.
  • Handle all phases of discovery.
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead or supporting trial counsel.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Washington Bar license or ability to obtain admission promptly.
  • 3–7 years of family law litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience handling hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Strong negotiation, client counseling, and litigation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
