Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to their team.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish. The Family Law team is passionate about helping their clients, treating them with compassion and a supportive atmosphere. They help clients navigate divorce, child custody and support, alimony, paternity, equitable distribution, and related matters.

Family Law Matters You Will Handle:
- Divorce and dissolution of marriage
- Child custody/time-sharing and parenting plans
- Child support and alimony
- Paternity matters
- Modifications and enforcement proceedings
- Discovery and motion practice
- Hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Client counseling and case strategy
- Drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience
- Must be Fluent in Spanish
- Must have strong family law litigation experience
- Must be comfortable independently handling hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
- Must have strong legal research and writing skills
- Must have excellent client communication and case-management skills
- Must have the ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with the team
- Must be professional, organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
