Location: Naples, Florida. This role is primarily on-site, allowing you to work closely with our attorneys, clients, and support team. Limited remote flexibility may be available when appropriate.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar, have 5+ years of associate attorney experience, including at least 2+ years of family law experience, and be comfortable independently managing their own cases.

Job Description
- Independently manage a caseload of divorce, marital, and family law matters from initial strategy through resolution.
- Advise clients on divorce, parenting and time-sharing, support, equitable distribution, post-judgment matters, and related family law issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other substantive legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials as needed.
- Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and provide clear, practical counsel throughout each matter.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong ownership of deadlines, client communication, and case progression.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of associate attorney experience.
- 2+ years of directly relevant family law experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
