Responsibilities Handle a diverse family law caseload including divorce, custody, support, alimony, property division, and mediation mattersRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings in New Jersey courtsDraft pleadings, motions, agreements, certifications, and other legal documentsMaintain regular and responsive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of their mattersConduct legal research and provide clients with sound, practical advice on complex family law issuesCollaborate with firm attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality client serviceQualifications Active New Jersey bar admission required2+ years of family law experience with demonstrated litigation and courtroom skillsStrong legal writing and analytical skillsAbility to manage an active caseload independently with professionalism and compassionExperience with divorce, custody, alimony, and equitable distribution mattersSelf-starter who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environmentWhat We Offer The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $145,000.
