    Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

    • Join a respected boutique family law firm known for handling complex, high-asset matters — the kind of sophisticated caseload that sharpens your skills and builds a standout career
    • Work directly with a founding partner from day one, gaining mentorship and real exposure to high-stakes litigation, not just document support
    • Flex your full range of abilities — financial analysis, business valuations, high-conflict litigation, client strategy — in a firm built for attorneys who want to be challenged
    • Thrive in a collaborative, people-first culture where empathy, good listening, and genuine investment in your growth are firm values, not buzzwords
    • Earn performance bonuses and a source bonus tied to revenue you bring in — your results are recognized and rewarded
    • Enjoy a flexible, hybrid schedule with the option of remote work for more experienced candidates — we trust you to do great work
    • Join a firm in an exciting period of strategic growth where your contributions matter and your voice is heard
    • Generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a monthly wellness stipend, and unlimited PTO

Location: San Francisco, CA — This is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule available after the initial onboarding period. More experienced candidates may have the option to work remotely, with travel to the Bay Area for trials and firm-wide events.

Note: This role requires active California State Bar admission and a minimum of 5 years of family law experience at a family law boutique or within the family law department of a larger firm. Candidates coming from solo practice or in-house backgrounds will not be considered for this role.

    About Us

We are a boutique family law firm based in San Francisco with approximately 18 attorneys and a reputation for handling the most complex, high-asset family law matters in the region. Our practice covers high-net-worth divorce, parentage actions, pre- and post-marital agreements, and enforcement or modification of existing family law judgments. Our clients navigate sophisticated financial structures, business valuations, and high-conflict disputes — and they rely on us to deliver strategic, results-driven representation. We are a firm that is selective about the cases we take and deeply invested in the attorneys who carry them. Confidential Employer.

    • Advise clients with clarity and emotional intelligence through high-conflict, high-stakes circumstances
    • Draft and negotiate pre- and post-marital agreements and complex settlement documents

    • Active California State Bar admission in good standing

    • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
    • Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage clients through sensitive, high-conflict situations
    • CFLS certification is a plus for more senior candidates but is not required

Why You Will Love Working Here

    • A firm that genuinely invests in your professional development and long-term career trajectory
    • Direct access to founding partners and a collegial team of attorneys who care about each other's success
    • Sophisticated, intellectually engaging caseload — every matter requires strategy, not just process
    • A culture built on empathy, mindfulness, and relationship-driven lawyering — with an equally strong commitment to excellent outcomes
    • Flexible schedule and hybrid options that support real work-life balance
    • Meaningful upside through performance bonuses and source bonuses tied to your impact
    • A firm in growth mode that is building something intentional — and wants you to be part of it
