A growing Washington family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. The firm takes a thoughtful, resolution-focused approach to divorce and family law, prioritizing collaborative solutions, mediation, and private settlement whenever appropriate while maintaining the ability to aggressively litigate when necessary.

The firm believes family law representation should provide clients with clarity, strategy, and confidence—not unnecessary conflict. Attorneys are supported by a collaborative team and are encouraged to approach each matter with empathy, sound judgment, and a focus on long-term outcomes.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar plus:

• WA Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of Family Law experience
