COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Pay: $55,000-$65,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
ROLE IMPACT
Provide critical legal and administrative support to a family law attorney by managing case documentation, coordinating client communications, and helping ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, draft, and organize motions, pleadings, judgments, discovery materials, and other legal documents
- Maintain attorney calendars, case files, and schedule appointments, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the attorney, providing professional communication and timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records, monitor case activity, and promptly escalate client concerns when appropriate
- Assist with trial preparation and case management as needed
- Support attorneys and legal staff with additional administrative and case management responsibilities
