Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team in DC. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in all aspects of family law cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
• Organize and maintain case files and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases
• Coordinate case schedules and maintain attorney calendars

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience working as a Family Law Paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
