About the opportunity

I'm working with a well-regarded California family law firm that has spent years building itself around senior family law talent. This is not a side practice bolted onto a general firm. Family law is the whole business, and they want a senior attorney who's ready to own matters, mentor a strong junior team, and step toward partnership in the near term.

What they're looking for

• 8 plus years practising family law, currently practising in California
• Active California Bar member
• Strong drafting across MSAs, declarations and motions
• Stable tenure and genuine commitment to family law as a career, not a pivot
• Certified Family Law Specialist is ideal but not essential
• Base of $190,000 to $230,000,
