Family Med / Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner / Loan Repay

Immediate need for licensed/certified Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP or PA) to join a multi-specialty community-based outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center located in the greater Sacramento and Yolo County areas.

Position Overview

Provide comprehensive medical services to center patients consistent with APC professional requirements in a community clinic environment. Multiple locations and schedules available.

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner:

Current California RN/NP/NPF License, and current Nurse Practitioner board certification

Physician Assistant:

• California Physician Assistant License
• Physician Assistant Certificate
• NCCPA board certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or homeless persons preferred.
• Current BLS and DEA certification
• Current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $131,040 - $170,352 annually, based on experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
