Practice Highlights
Mission-Driven Care: Practice meaningful, community-based medicine with an organization focused on access, quality, and long-term patient relationships
Established Outpatient Practice: Step into an existing patient population with strong community demand and no inpatient or OB responsibilities
Quality-Focused Volume: Average approximately 18-20 patients per day, allowing time for thoughtful, relationship-driven care
Integrated Support: Dedicated MA support plus nursing, behavioral health, referral coordination, and additional clinical resources
Streamlined Documentation: NextGen EMR with AI-supported documentation to help reduce administrative burden
Manageable Call: Approximately 1:9 shared telephonic call with structured support

Guaranteed Base Salary: Predictable compensation without relying on a high-volume, production-driven practice model

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
MD or DO
