Job Description

Cedars-Sinai Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Cedars-Sinai Executive Health and Cedars-Sinai Compass practices in Beverly Hills.

Cedars-Sinai Executive Health delivers highly personalized care for busy professionals or anyone looking for added convenience and a tailored approach to their annual comprehensive physical. Cedars-Sinai Executive Health supports the needs of patients in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as nationally and internationally.

Cedars-Sinai Compass offers high-touch continuity primary care services to a smaller panel of patients, emphasizing strong physician-patient partnerships that tailor care to each patient's unique needs. This membership program offers patients 24/7 access to their Compass care team, flexible scheduling options, and access to enhanced care navigation services to coordinate referrals and appointments with Cedars-Sinai specialists.

Cedars-Sinai Compass also supports other high-touch care delivery and care coordination programs for key health system initiatives and joint ventures involving patients with complex care needs.

The ideal physician candidate will:

  • Provide personalized, high-touch primary care;
  • Deliver customized annual preventive Executive physicals for both domestic and international patients;
  • Manage a reduced patient panel, ensuring ample time and attention to meet each patient's unique needs;
  • Build lasting physician-patient relationships throughout the care journey;
  • Collaborate with a robust interdisciplinary team to care for patients holistically.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to innovation in preventive medicine;
  • Actively support the growth and development of the Executive Health and Compass programs.

Our compensation philosophy: We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Pay Range: $320,000 - $400,000 Total Cash Compensation.

Qualifications

  • Board-certification in Family Medicine.
  • 5+ years of experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in an Executive Health or membership-based clinical practice preferred.
