Faculty Family Medicine Physician - Marian Regional Medical Center, Santa Maria, CA
As our Faculty Family Medicine Physician, you will join Marian Regional Medical Center, a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing comprehensive clinical care while shaping the next generation of family physicians within our well-established academic practice.
You will provide comprehensive clinical care within a fully ACGME-accredited program with Osteopathic Recognition (the first in CA), supervising 18 total residents (6 per PGY level) as a core faculty member. This role offers a unique team-based care model where each patient care group features Family Medicine Residents, two Faculty Supervising Physicians, and two Medical Assistants, all within a structured schedule consisting of 60% Faculty Time and 40% Outpatient Clinic time.
To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and compassionate Faculty Family Medicine Physician with strong clinical skills, a passion for graduate medical education, and a commitment to inspiring and training future family physicians in a supportive, mission-driven environment, supported by protected Thursday didactics covering practice management, resident/faculty alignment, and program wellness initiatives.
We are offering ahighly competitive compensation package, including an annual salary of$300,000 (dependent on experience) plus productivity & quality incentives.
