Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our respected team at the Howard Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environment while making a meaningful impact in a thriving community.

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Minimum of 32 patient-facing hours
  • Typically 4 days per week
• Call: 1:35 rotation
• No weekends or holidays (except limited call coverage)

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed compensation
• Paid Time Off:
  • 200 hours/year during guarantee
  • 264 hours/year after guarantee
• CME:
  • $5,000 annual stipend
  • 80 hours of CME time
• Relocation assistance up to $12,000
