Location: Adirondack Health – Saranac Lake, NY (Multiple Practice Locations in the Tri-Lakes Region)
Schedule: Full-Time, Outpatient
Compensation: $230,000 – $260,000 annually, plus productivity and quality incentives

About the Opportunity

Adirondack Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care network in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $230,000 – $260,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
