Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatrics – Los Angeles County (Near LAX)
Join a well-established, not-for-profit, JCAHO-accredited multi-specialty group with over 10 years of service and 16 specialties. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with shared phone call just one day per week.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient primary care
BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Shared phone call only 1 day per week
Opportunity to serve an underserved community
Physician-led group encouraging teaching, outreach, and leadership involvement
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $260,000–$280,000
5% sign-on bonus (~$14,000)
Up to 15% annual quality bonus (~$42,000)
CME reimbursement up to $3,000
First-year total potential up to $336,000
Annual merit increase up to 3% on base salary
