Job Title: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

Required Skills:
  • Active and valid medical license in your practicing state
  • DEA registration with an active number prior to start date
  • Furnishing License with Schedule II authorization (NPs)
  • Proven experience in primary care, managing both adult and pediatric patients (peds preferred but not required)
  • Ability to complete charting within 72 hours
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Pediatric experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in a similar outpatient healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Spanish or other language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical practice in primary care
  • Recent experience in a busy outpatient setting

Other Requirements:
  • Proper immunizations prior to credentialing: flu vaccine (2022-2023), TB test/X-ray within last 90 days, positive MMR, Hep B, Varicella titers or complete immunization series, Tdap vaccine within the past 10 years
  • Ability to commit to a schedule of at least 18 patients per day, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with a mix of pediatrics and adult care
  • Willingness to undergo credentialing process (30-90 days) and maintain all required certifications and immunizations
  • The organization and vendor agree to provide a 30-day notice for assignment termination
